Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before registering for the workshop ("Service") operated by QUANTESSA ROBOTICS LLP. Your participation in and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all participants, visitors, and others who register or attend the workshop. By registering or attending the workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the workshop.
Registration and Payment
By registering for the workshop, you agree to attend all scheduled sessions as per the provided timeline. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Participants are encouraged to confirm their availability before booking. Seats are limited and will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
The organizers reserve the right to reschedule workshop sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance. If a session is rescheduled, participants are not entitled to a refund, and their seat remains valid for the new session date.
Equipment and Liability
All equipment and tools used during the workshop must be handled with care. Participants may be held financially liable for any intentional damage caused to the provided equipment. Basic drone kits, components, and workshop materials are provided for use during the event, unless otherwise specified. Participants will not be allowed to take home any drones or components unless explicitly stated.
Workshop Content and Changes
The structure, content, and location of the workshop may be subject to change based on availability and logistical considerations. Participants will be informed of any significant changes to the workshop details prior to the event.
Media Release
By attending the workshop, participants consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes by QUANTESSA ROBOTICS LLP. These images or videos may be used in marketing materials, websites, social media, or other promotional platforms.
Modifications
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will notify participants prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
